Hey! What's the McDiff?
If you've seen that tweet, then it's highly likely you're following someone that has one of the 3 current McDiff titles. McDiff: The Picture Spy, McDiff: One Direction Edition or McDiff: Little Mix Edition.
The apps allow the player to show off their scores and at the same time feature of the official McDiff website.
The 3 apps are just the start to many themes in the works. Go and check them out.
McDiff Unleashed
Our first entry into the Google Play market is McDiff:One Direction Edition. A Picture Spy game. Spot 5 differences in each game before the time runs out. We'll be releasing the McDiff series of games on Apple devices as well that will be fully connected to Game Centre and Twitter. So keep an eye out for McDiff the Picture Spy.
Personal Best
Released in January 2012 is myPB Personal Best Swim times. An App I developed primarily for my kids. I have 3 young swimmers and they each are keen to keep track of their best times.
The app allows you to input times for all the strokes and all the distances. Freestyle, Backstroke, Breaststroke, Butterfly and Individual Medley.
Short course allows for 25m, 50m, 100m, 200m and 400m.
Long course allows for 50m, 100m, 200m and 400m.
Individual Medley allows for 100m, 200m and 400m.
It's exciting times as I'm beginning to develop my ideas and I hope that this app comes in handy for a lot of swimmers out there, young and old.
New on the App Store
We are proud to announce the availability of our first two apps. PenStar Zero is a cut down and FREE version of the much bigger PenStar 1:Animals. As you can probably guess with our titles, we plan on creating more PenStar volumes. In fact if they become popular, we'll be taking requests on future themes.
So go ahead and download the free PenStar Zero to try out the fun tracing activity. Kids young and old will love the way it works. You're presented with a faint outline of a picture and you simply run your finger or fingers across it to make the lines dark. Much like you would by actually using a pen and drawing a line. When the picture is complete a camera icon pops up allowing you to click it to reveal the real photograph. What happens when you click on the photograph? Well you'll have to do that to find out.
More pictures are available in PenStar 1:Animals. Obviously they are all animals, but future volumes will take on different themes. Have fun! And be a PenStar!
